Since our establishment in 2023, we have proudly served thousands of clients, offering personalized real estate solutions tailored to each individual’s unique needs. From renting cozy apartments and selling elegant homes, to securing shops, office spaces, and plots of land we continue to expand our portfolio and our impact.
OUR STORY
Our story began with a simple act of kindness. A foreigner stranded in Ghana was desperately searching for a place to stay. With no intention of personal gain, we stepped in to help. We searched tirelessly, toured countless properties, and finally found the perfect space for him. He made his payment, settled in comfortably, and from that moment, McDollars Realty was born.
ACT OF GOODWILL
What started as an act of goodwill grew into a trusted brand. Soon after, we began assisting local landlords in renting out their properties. One or two early clients rented apartments we secured directly from these landlords, again without any commission or profit. Our honest approach and genuine desire to help quickly gained attention and trust.

From helping that one foreigner, to assisting a Lebanese businessman set up shop in Accra, to now supporting thousands of Ghanaians and expatriates alike our journey is fueled by passion, integrity, and a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape.
