At McDollars Realty, we understand how difficult it can be to finish a building or launch a big project when funds are tight. Our Project Financing & Construction package is designed to help you start, finish and enjoy your property with less stress and more flexibility.
Our Pre-Financing Model
We provide up to 60 % of your total project cost.
You contribute 40 % upfront as your commitment to the project.
We complete your building within 12 months together with our trusted contractors.
You repay the balance over up to 3 years on flexible terms while already using or renting out the property.
ELIGIBILITY
Because our goal is to recover the investment quickly and safely, the property or project:
Must be in town or a vantage/high-demand location that can easily be rented or sold.
Must already have at least 40 % of the total cost available from the client.
Cannot be an abandoned or remote project without a clear plan for completion or repayment.
Flexible Options
In some cases, especially in hot locations, we may accept land or a portion of the completed property as part of repayment.
We also offer build-for-you options, where we construct your home or investment property and you move in while paying gradually over 3 years.
