Commission & Refund

The commission paid to McDollars Realty is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Property Replacement Policy

Should the client wish to change the property location within one (1) month of payment, McDollars Realty may, at its discretion, assist in identifying a replacement property as a goodwill service.

Any requests for property changes after one month will require a new agreement and associated fees.

Landlord Tenancy Agreement

McDollars Realty acts strictly as a property agent and is not the property owner.

The agency does not issue landlord tenancy agreements or payment receipts, though it may provide assistance if requested by the landlord.

Clients are advised to consult the property owner directly for agreements.

If no agreement is provided by the landlord, McDollars Realty may assist as a service, which is optional and non-compulsory.

50% Interest Policy

The remaining balance of GHS 1,000 must be settled within one week from the date of this receipt.

Any unpaid balance beyond the grace period may incur, a 50% interest as per McDollars Realty’s policies.
