McDollars Refferal Form
Referrals must provide a clear picture of the property to McDollars Realty.
The agency will conduct due diligence and verification on the property.
Commission will only be paid to the referral upon successful rental or sale of the property.
Our Commission Structure is between 5 -15% on the agency's commission.
15% commission on properties priced between GHC200- GHC1,500 a month.
10% commission on properties priced between GHC2,000 GHC100,000 cedis a month
5% commission on properties quoted in dollars.
Commission is paid only upon successful rental or sale of the property through McDollars Realty.
No commission is payable if the property is not rented
or is rented/sold by the owner or a third party not affiliated with the agency.
Payment will be made via cash, mobile money (Momo), or bank transfer within 1-2 business
days after the rental/sale of the property.
