Please note that signing our contract is entirely voluntary. However, once signed, you agree to abide by the terms stated. If you're unsure or unwilling to comply, please don't hesitate to opt out. If you're comfortable with the terms, we appreciate you.

10% COMMISSION

Commission Payment Terms..

Even if you make a deposit on the property price to the owner, signing that you've taken the property, we still require the 10% commission to be paid in full and upfront on same day. This commission is calculated based on either the total years the property is being rented for or the total cost involved. Please note that the client cannot determine their own terms for paying the commission..

.Anti-Circumvention Clause..

Please note that if a client attempts to circumvent our agency by secretly dealing with the property owner, using a third party, or misrepresenting themselves, our lawyers will still pursue the 10% commission and a breach of contract fee after conducting an investigation.

50% Interest Policy

Our commission is non-negotiable and payable upfront on same day you make payment to the owner. Late payment will incur a 50% interest charge. A 1-week grace period applies. Failure to pay will result in:- Termination of payment to owner- Agency finding a new client within 24-48 hours- Return of rent money- Legal action for outstanding amount plus default feeThis agreement is backed by our legal terms.
